This policy explains what Highly Rated Near Me (“we”) collects and why. We aim to collect as little as possible and never sell personal data.

What we collect

• Form submissions. When you submit a business or contact us, we receive the details you provide (name, email, business info). Forms are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards them to our inbox.
• Spam protection. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting CAPTCHA alternative.
• Attribution signals. So we know which channel a submission came from, we store a small first-touch record in your browser (landing page, referrer, and any campaign/ad parameters in the URL). This is campaign signal only — no fingerprinting, no selling. It is attached to a form only when you submit one.
• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic. If cookie-based analytics (e.g. Google Analytics 4) are enabled, they run only with your consent.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard request logs (e.g. IP address) to deliver and secure the site.

Your choices

You can clear the attribution data we store by clearing your browser’s site data. To request removal of a submission you sent us, email info@highlyratednearme.com.
